Kohl and Gemmett familes from 1800s

I am trying to find any records related to Frederike Kohl, who married Anton Gemmet, and a man I believe was her brother, Lambert Kohl. Frederike's full name may have been Anna Maria Frederike Kohl and her brother's full name may have been Peter Lambert Kohl. They were German immigrants who came to Dubuque in the 1850s. It appears Frederike and Anton separated after having three children, and she moved away by 1880, but I'd love to find records of their marriage or anything else. Based on my research thus far, it appears (Peter) Lambert Kohl was married at St. Boniface Church and spent the remainder of his life or nearly so in Dubuque, but I don't find any death records for him. Anton Gemmet and Lambert Kohl ran local businesses in Dubuque involving stallions and, in Anton's case, tax records seem to indicate he had some kind of liquor retail operation, although I recognize that might be odd given the time and place. Any leads anyone can provide would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
