Will the answers remain buried in the third street cemetary?

I would like to make connections with other Hilkin researchers who could help me lay this spelling problem to rest. All spellings listed are used on official documents, tombestones one place or the other. My Gr Gr grandmother was Anna H******* Traut wife of Jacob Traut, Mother of Paul Traut the county official. She had 4 sibblings who immigrated here in the 1840s, we think from Kehlen, Luxembourg, EU. but verification is hard to find. I have a document written in French cursive I think may provide clues, but omputer translation cannot read or translate even precise english handwriting. Any suggestions or leads would be appreciated to solve this 106 year old question: Who were the Parents of Mary H***** Noel B 1825, Anna H*****Traut B 1827, Jenette H***** Simon B 1829, Peter Heltgen Born 1831 (1860 fed census) and Jacob Hilkin B 1832 of Mosalem township. The road at St Catherine is spelled Hilken.

John Nennig jfnennig@gmail.com 319-551-9491 and 4 other crazies.

PS. Does anybody know the location and owner of the Traut Family Bible or artwork of Paul Traut by Franz Seimetz?
