East Rickardsville Cemetery

The East Rickardsville Methodist-Episcopal cemetery has names for 3 STOTT children (listed as STOLL). The Methodist Church has no records for this cemetery. Where are the records? If no records exist, how did the names get into the cemetery listing? Does anyone know who has them? Someone, somewhere must have the cemetery records. If the DAR searched the original record, does the DAR in Dubuque have them? Thank you.
