My maternal ancestor was Joseph F. Hoefer B:18 Dec 1859 New Wine Township. M: Franciska Regina Staebler. Joseph's father was Joseph Adam Hoefer B: 12 Feb 1819 in Helferskirchen Germany. Settled in New Vienna, Dubuque Cty. Searching for more info on these ancestors. Willing to share my information.
