Birth of Margaret Castanier/Castagnet/Caskagnette/Castagnier

Am searching for the birth of my great grandmother,Margaret Castanier/Castagnet/Caskagnette/Castagnier (could be other spellings) who was born in Canada about 1825/30 according to the 1850/1860 census records that I have for her. She marriesd Lewis Latour about 1849 probably in Onondaga County, New York. They were there in the 1850 census and then appear in the Dubuque County, Iowa census in 1860. She married my great grandfather, Joseph Gautier/Gauthier, about 1863/65 and they lived in JoDaviess County, Ill. and then moved to Dubuque County, Iowa. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
