ROGERS AND DEVINE

I'm hoping that someone recognizes the following names. Richard Rogers, Mary Ann Devine or Emma Teresa Rogers.

Emma Teresa Rogers is my Great-grandmother. She was born in Cascade, Iowa on March 18, 1877 to Richard Rogers and Mary Ann Rogers (Devine). I have looked in the 1880 Federal Census and they are not in it. Her parents were both born in approx. 1831 and Richard immigrated from Ireland.

Any help that anyone may have would be greatly appreciated.
