George Lauer Birth or Baptism

Am looking for record of birth of my grandfather George John Lauer born in Dubuque June 13 1863 or 1864. He was the 2nd child of Johannes (John) M. Lauer and Theresia J. (Wolters/Walters) Lauer. Their 1st son "John" was born in Sheboygan, WI July 25, 1862. They were back in WI by Nov 1865. Johannes was a wagon maker/farmer. I am leaving for a genealogy trip to WI Mar 13 from Albuquerque, NM and will come to Dubuque also if anyone has any leads or suggestions. Thanks
