Help in locating Hansen Family

Hello. I am looking for information on my Great-Great Grandfather Peter Hansen and his wife Margarethe "Antilia"Konzen. I'd like to know who their parents were, and if they had any siblings.
Peter was born in Prussia in 1820 and died in the Balltown-Sherrill,Iowa area in 1896. I believe that Margarethe was also from Prussia. I know they were married there. Peter immigrated to the U.S in 1854. Margarethe was born in 1822 and died in 1904 in the Balltown-Sherrill, Iowa area. Any information on the Hansen or Konzen side would be appreciated.
