1850-1860 Dubuque County Census for Jefferson twp

I am trying to locate my ggrandfather who resided with unnamed relatives in Dubuque County in 1850-1860.

I will assume that perhaps he would be in Jefferson twp. since some of the SCHNEIDER names are family names. He would have been a child or perhaps a teen during those years. I am especially interested in Ludwig SCHNEIDER of Jefferson twp on p. 165 of the 1860 Dubuque census.

Unfortunately, on the ancestry.com site the townships are not broken down to make a selection.
