Sunny Crest Sanitarium

I just found a query from someone else wanting to know about a Sunny Crest Sanitarium, does anyone know if they had their own cemetery? And also was it built before 1910 and 1920. Am looking for the grave of Beatrice Leslein, she would have been in her teens when she died. She was born in Dubuque in May of 1896. Think she may have died before 1914. Janette
