DEATH OF WILLIAM H. MEYERS

MEYERS, CRAWFORD, LAMBERT, PALMER

Hope someone might have an idea of how to find
the death notice, or burial location, for a William H. Meyers who died sometime between 1891 and 1895.
An unsubstantiated report says he died on the
railroad section in Peosta in Sept. 1984.

What we know is this:
1. William Meyers married a widow, Katherine Crawford (maiden name: Lambeth)
on June 16, 1891 in Farley's Methodist Church.
2. The 1895 Iowa census shows Katherine Meyers as a widow living in Farley with her daughter, grand-daughter, and her mother, Lavina Lambert. The latter three were buried in the Palmer plot in
the Farley Methodist Church cemetery when they
died. Plot does not have a stone for William
Meyers. And the church is no longer operating.
Where are those church records of deaths and
burials which might show an additional burial there?
Looking for information or advice from anyone
who was interested enough to read this.
