Frentess Lake is near East Dubuque, Jo Daviess County, IL. There is a cemetery called Frentess Cemetery. The Jo Daviess project page of the ILGenWeb has transcriptions of tombstones in the cemetery and directions to the cemetery at this URL - http://www.rootsweb.com/~iljodavi/cemeteries/Frentress.htm , however, your Walter Cook is not listed. I don't know if this is a partial or a complete transcription. You may want to contact the Jo Daviess County Coordinator to find out.
