Fenton Green, 38, of Dubuque, passed away peacefully Wednesday, January 6, 2021, at the MercyOne Dubuque Medical Center in Dubuque surrounded by his loving wife and family.

The family will gather privately to celebrate his life and there will be no public services. Burial will be in Mount Calvary in Dubuque.

Fenton was born June 2, 1982, in Dubuque, the son of Edward J. Green and Sheila A. Grutz. On February 14, 2019, he married Sarah M. Potter in their home in Dubuque.

He spent his free time watching vlogs on YouTube and playing video games. He enjoyed his occupation as a tattoo and piercing artist. Arizona was his second home, where he met his wife, together they watched the sun rise and set many times on his balcony. When in Arizona, he would DJ at desert raves, it was always a topic of conversation. Precious, their dog, held a very special place in his heart. He also recently found a passion for meditating.

Survivors include his wife, Sarah M. Potter; mother, Sheila A. (Don) Wolter, of Dubuque; father, Edward J. (Patty) Green of Bellevue; two sisters, Allissa (Joseph) Bruggeman of Elkton, MD and Keisha Wolter of Dubuque; and special nieces and nephews, Chayce Alexander, Hunter Mochel, Lance Mochel, Skyla Mahe, and Aliese Wolter.
