Mrs. Martin Huber, Sr., was taken by death yesterday evening at 8:40 o'clock at the family residence, 1205 Jackson street. She had been ill for several months.
Mrs. Huber was born in Bavaria, Germany, December 13, 1848 and came to this country when 18 years old. She is survived by her husband, five daughters, Mrs. O.H. Wellmann, Mrs. A.B. Koch, Nina, Elizabeth and Hattie, and a son, Martin Huber, Jr., and six grandchildren, all of this city. Deceased was a member of St. Mary's Catholic church and also of the Rosary society of that church.
The funeral will be held Saturday morning from the home to St. Mary's church at 9 o'clock. Interment will be made in Mt. Calvary cemetery.
