MRS. MINNIE K. HERDMAN

Mrs. Minnie K. Herdman, widow of the late Thomas A. Herdman, died at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Roy E. Aitchison, 1589 Cornell Street, Friday morning at 3:15 o’clock following a lingering illness.

She was born Oct. 30, 1880, in Delaware County, Iowa, and lived in this city for the past 30 years.

The survivors are one daughter, Mrs. Aitchison; one son, Marvin A. Strief, both of this city; six grandchildren; four sisters, Mrs. P. W. Werner; Mrs. George Werner, Mrs. Frank Rubner, all of Worthington, and Mrs. Joseph Miller of Hopkinton, Iowa; and three brothers. William Sternhagen, Worthington; John Sternhagen, Cascade; Charles Sternhagen, Glenn, Nebr.

She was a member of St. Luke’s Methodist Episcopal Church and the Fidelity Lodge of this city. Her husband preceded her in death April 21, 1934.

The body is resting at the Haudenshield Funeral Home from where the funeral services will be held Sunday afternoon at 1:30 o’clock. Burial will be in the Fairview Cemetery at Farley, Iowa.
