CHARLES C. MULLEN DEAD

The announcement of the death of Charles C. Mullen at his home in Dubuque this morning was received with deep regret by his many friends in this city. He was a nephew of Mrs. Devlin and Mrs. Drysdel, and a most exemplary young man. His death was died to consumption.

Members of the Devlin family will attend the funeral.
