Two girls, the daughters of Mr. Danglemier and Mr. Hoglehurst, were drowned at Dunleith yesterday. It is supposed they were playing near the river and wandered on the ice, which may have separated in a cake and floated off, afterwards breaking and letting them into the water. Their bodies were picked up at the head of the sand-bar below, about 9 o’clock A. M.
