Sister Jeremiah Farrell, OP, died at St. Dominic Villa, Wednesday, May 8, 2019.

Her wake will be at Sinsinawa at 6:30 p.m., Tuesday, May 14, and the funeral at 10:30 a.m., Wednesday, May 15.

Sister Jeremiah taught at St. Joseph School, Dubuque (1972-1975), and parish schools in Chicago, Madison, Green Bay, and Sioux City. She taught in high schools in Whitefish Bay, Wis.; Faribault and Minneapolis, Minn.; and Burbank, Ill. She later served at Marillac Center in Chicago for ten years. She ministered to the Sisters at St. Dominic Villa and at the Motherhouse for several years before joining the Villa community in 2011.

Sister Jeremiah (Monica) was born Nov. 14, 1934, in Redwood Falls, Minn., to Jeremiah and Beatrice (Butler) Farrell. She is survived by a sister, nieces, nephews, and her Dominican Sisters.
