MaryAnn "Mimi" Wong, 64, of 2189 St. John Drive, died Friday, Jan. 21, 2005, at home.

Private family services will be Tuesday at Hoffmann Schneider and Kitchen Funeral Home, 3860 Asbury Road. Burial will be at a later date in Dubuque Memorial Gardens, south of Dubuque.

She was born on Nov. 13, 1940, in Kewanee, Ill., daughter of Leo and Maxine (Simpson) Puskar. She married Michael Lun Wong on Dec. 15, 1956, at St. John's Episcopal Church, Kewanee.

She worked at A.Y. McDonald Mfg. Co. for 23 years, retiring in 2001.

Surviving are her husband, Michael Lun Wong, of Dubuque; five children, Lorrie Lea Wong, Kim Sue Wong, Michael Chan (Melanie) Wong, Melynn Ann (David) Wong Davis and Derek Michael Wong, all of Dubuque; nine grandchildren; and a great-grandchild.

She was preceded in death by her parents.

In lieu of flowers, a MaryAnn "Mimi" Wong Memorial Fund has been established.
