Michael M. Cain, Jr.

Waterloo, Iowa -- Michael M. "Matt" Cain Jr., 82, of Waterloo died at 6;15 a.m. Thursday at Parkview Care Center in Waterloo.

Services will be at 10:30 a.m. Saturday at St. Mary's Catholic Church in Waterloo, with burial in Mount Olivet Cemetery. Friends may call Firday at the O'Keefe & Towne/Carter & Waychoff Funeral Home in Waterloo, where the parish and Kinghts of Columbus rosary will be at 8 p.m. Friday.

His wife, the former Lucille McCauley of Dubuque, died Jan 6, 1958.

Surviving are three sons, two daughters, 14 grandchildren and two great grandchildren, and three sisters.
