Miss Genevieve Cain

Miss Genevieve Cain, 54, 251 Main St., died at 2:20 a.m. Sunday at Mercy Hospital after an illness of two weeks.

Friends may call at the Ashworth and Bennett Funeral Home. Services will be held at 9 a.m. Tuesday to St. Raphael's Cathedral, and burial will be in Mt. Olivet Cemetery.

Miss Cain was born April 26, 1900, in Dubuque, the daughter of Michael Cain and the late Mrs. Cain. She had lived all her life in Dubuque. A member of St. Raphael's Cathedral, she attended the parish school.

Surviving are her father; two sisters, Mrs. W. T. (Helen) Nankival and Mrs. Leonard E. (Agnes) Blichmann, both of Dubuque; one brother, M. M. Cain, Waterloo, Ia., and nieces and nephews. She was preceded by her mother (Belle Pierce Cain).
