Miss Ida Streif, 60, of Farley died at 4 a.m. Monday at Finley hospital after a long illness.
Friends may view the remains after 7 p.m. Monday at the Sanner funeral home in Farley, where services will be at 2:30 p.m. Wednesday. The Rev. Robert Swanson, pastor of the Community Methodist Church, will officiate. Burial will be in Fairview cemetery.

Miss Strief was born Sept. 21, 1890, in Farley and was a lifelong resident of the community. She was the daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. Samuel Streif.

Survivors include four sisters, Mrs Albert (Laura) Coaksley, of Earlville, Ia., Mrs. Rose Streif, of Farley, and Mrs. Bert (Mabel) Nebel and Mrs. Mertie (Mary) Nebel, both of Dubuuqe; four brothers, Peter of Farley, Samuel of Monticello, Ia., and Glenn and Robert, of Epworth; oe aunt; an uncle, and nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents, one sister and two brothers preceded her.
