Dubuque Telegraph Herald – Jan. 5, 1905

Frank Leonard, aged 21 years, died at Finley Hospital after a few days illness on Jan. 4. He was born and grew to manhood in the vicinity of Cascade. Four years ago the family moved to Dubuque and later to Chicago where they now reside. He is survived by his parents, Mr. and Mrs. P. Leonard, five sisters, Margaret a nurse in Mercy Hospital, Chicago, and Anna, Kathryn, Ella and Josephine all of Chicago.

The remains are now in Dubuque at an undertaking company and will be shipped to Cascade for interment Friday at 7:30 a.m.
