The announcement of the death of Mrs. Eleanora Beyer which occurred last evening at 5:40 o’clock at Finley Hospital, will occasion surprise and sincere sorrow among the many friends of the deceased. Mrs. Beyer had been in failing health for the past eight months, suffering from a cancerous growth to which she gradually succumbed. Deceased was born in Dubuque County. She was married to John Beyer in this city 25 years ago, who, with six children, four sons and two daughters, survive her. A member of the Immanuel Church since her girlhood, she was always prominent in carrying out the best interests. The funeral will take place from the church tomorrow afternoon at 2 o’clock.
