Mrs. Mary Margaret Wickham died Saturday morning at 6:15 o’clock at their home, 655 Dodge Street, following a short illness.

She was born at Holy Cross, Ia., May 1, a daughter of John and Katherine Mulhall, and was married at the Cathedral, Dec. 31, 1884, to James J. Wickham, who died Jan. 14, 1917.

She is survived by six daughters, Mrs. Joseph J. Grue, Miss Stella Wickham, Mrs. James N. Hays, and Mrs. Eldon H. Hutton, all of Dubuque; Mrs. Arnold C. Johnson, St. Paul, Minn., and Mrs. J. H. Byrne, of St. Louis; three sons, Frank J., Elmer J., Dubuque, and James J., Waterloo; five sisters, Mrs. John Ryan, Dubuque; Mrs. A. W. Lyman, Chicago; Mrs. A. F. Bradford, Mrs. E. H. Bradford, Mrs. James J. O’Hearn, Waterloo; two brothers, Thomas Mulhall, Minneapolis and several grandchildren.

Mrs. Wickham was a member of the Cathedral parish and of the Rosary Society of that church. She was dearly beloved by countless friends who, with the relatives, are left to mourn her loss.

Funeral services will be held from the family residence, 655 Dodge Street, Tuesday morning to St. Raphael’s Cathedral at 9 o’clock. Burial will be in Mt. Olivet Cemetery.
