Michael Allen Tott, son of Jack and Christine (Jackson) Tott of 4714 Oriole Terrace Heights Trailer Court, died shortly after birth Thursday at the University Hospitals, Iowa City, Iowa.

Surviving besides her parents are a brother Eric John at home, his maternal grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Delbert Jackson of Bellevue, Iowa; paternal grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Harold Tott of Dubuque, and maternal great-grandmother, Alma Jackson of Miles, Iowa.
