Well Known Resident Passes Away
This Morning at His Home on
Seventh and Locust Streets

John Marxer, aged 69 years, died this morning at 7 o’clock at the family residence, corner of Seventh and Locust Streets. The deceased was born in Fuerstiensthum, Lichtenstein, Germany emigrating to this country in 1869.

For the past thirty-two years he has resided in this city following the trade as stone mason. One years after the arrival of the deceased he was united in marriage with Miss Margaret Mathis, of Condon, Geuebenden, Switzerland, who alone survives him.

The announcement of the funeral will be made later.
