Henry Hillebrand the Saloonkeeper,
Passes Away Early This Morning

Henry Hillebrand, the well-known saloonkeeper on Seventh Street near the courthouse, died at his home, 1366 Jackson Street at five o’clock this morning. Deceased was 37 years of age and was a widower, his wife dying four years ago. He is survived by four children and a sister, the latter being his housekeeper. Mr. Hildebrand was taken sick on Christmas Day and went to bed, and his symptoms indicated at once indicated that he had something like typhoid-pneumonia. He grew worse and gradually failed until the end came.
