DIED – Nov. 29, at her residence a few miles out of the city, after a protracted illness of several years Phebe, wife of Col. Willard Minot, formerly of Lowell, Mass., daughter of Thomas Pierce, Esq., of St. Johnsburg, Vt., age fifty-nine years.
