Gary Shireman, nine-month-old son of Mr. and Mrs. Joseph Shireman, of Rt. 3, Dubuque, died at 9:20 a.m. Friday at Finley Hospital.

Funeral services were held at 10 a.m. Saturday at Didesch Funeral Home, Rev. John C. Sims, officiating, burial in Linwood Cemetery.

He was born at Dubuque, son of Joseph L. and Carol Joann Smith Shireman.

Surviving are his parents; one brother, Jerry, at home; and his grandparents, Mrs. Grace Shireman and Mr. and Mrs. Thomas Smith, all of Dubuque.
