Patricia Marion (McDermott) Anger, 68, of Dubuque, died Sunday, April 5, 2015, at Mercy Medical Center.

Funeral services will be 11:00 a.m., Thursday, April 9, at the Egelhof, Siegert & Casper Westview Funeral Home and Crematory, 2659 JFK Road. Burial will be in Linwood Cemetery. Friends may call from 4 to 7 p.m. today at the funeral home.

Patricia was born on September 4, 1946, in Dubuque, the daughter of Leonard and Margaret (Ryan) McDermott.

She attended Holy Trinity grade school and Wahlert high school.

She was employed at The Adams Company and Thermolyne until her early retirement due to ill health.

Surviving are her son, Robert (Cheri) Sheehan, of Dubuque, and daughter, Tammy (Curt) Hartford, of Maine; grandchildren, Ashley, Emily, Brandon, Brooke and Bailey; 4 great- grandchildren; sister, Shirley Apel and brother, Joseph McDermott; and nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents, and a great- granddaughter.

A Patricia Anger memorial fund has been established.

Special thank you to Dr. Janes and Dr. Nachtman, the doctors, nurses and staff at Mercy 3 West and ManorCare for their excellent care, and to her sister, Shirley Apel, her niece, Teresa (Ray) Behnke, and her grandson, Bailey, and his friends for their friendship and love.
