Leona E. Bahl Ulbrich, 96, died Tuesday, Sept. 26, 2000, in Guttenberg Municipal Hospital after a short illness. Services: 11 a.m. Friday, St. Mary's Catholic Church, Guttenberg, by Monsignor John McClean. Burial: Holy Trinity Cemetery, Luxemburg. Friends may call from 3 to 9 p.m. today at Tuecke-Allyn Funeral Home, Guttenberg, where a wake service begins at 3 p.m.

Survivors include five daughters, Mary Ann Oviatt of Raleigh, N.C., Rita Jenks of LaCrosse, Wis., Kathleen Gettler of Waukee, Patricia Makowka of Pittsburgh and Linda Pritchard of Minneapolis; two sons, Carl Jr. of Anchorage, Alaska,and Paul of Guttenberg; and four sisters, Marie Bauer of Oelwein, Doris Wagner of West Union, Helen DeWeese of Seattle and Virginia Lamm of Sunnyvale, Calif.
