Services for Mrs. Connie (Mary) Blosch, 93, of Dubuque Health Care Center, formerly of 2595 Anamosa Drive, will be at 11 a.m. Monday at Summit Congregational United Church of Christ.
Burial will be in Zwingle (Iowa) Harmony Church of Christ Cemetery. Friends may call from 2 to 9 p.m. Sunday at Egelhof-Casper-Strueber Funeral Home, 1145 Locust St., and after 10 a.m. Monday at the church.
Mrs. Blosch farmed with her husband in the Zwingle area for many years.
She was born on April 26, 1902, in Henry County, Iowa, daughter of Fred and Nettie (Drew) Timmerman. She died at 2:05 a.m. Friday, Jan. 5, 1996, at the care center.
She married Connie Blosch on March 31, 1920, at Manchester, Iowa; he died in 1987.
She was a member of Summit Congregational United Church of Christ, Hot Shot Band and Table Mound Senior Citizens.
Surviving are three daughters, Mrs. Dorothy (Gordon) Bradley, of Zwingle, Mrs. Della (Buck) Leathers, of Dubuque, and Evelyn Poulsen (and her fiance, Francis Langmeier), of Shullsburg, Wis.; two sons, Carmen (Anna Mae) Blosch, of Shullsburg; and Carvel Blosch, of Dubuque; 16 grandchildren, 33 great-grandchildren and one step-great-great-grandchild; and two sisters, Lillian Hahn, of Cedar Rapids, Iowa, and Abby Kelly, of Manchester, Iowa; and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by three grandsons, one granddaughter; two brothers; and one sister.
Memorials may be given to Area Residential Care Inc.
