MRS. MINNIE BUSE 1861-1933
MRS. Minnie Buse, wife of Charles Buse, died at 12:20 o'clock Thursday morning at the home, 251 Kaufman avenue, following an illness extending over a period of several weeks.

Mrs. Buse was born in Germany on May 27, 1861 and came to this country as a child with her parents the late John and Fredericka Sass. The family came direct to Dubuque and Mrs. Buse had lived her since. She was married to Mr. Buse on Feb. 1, 1883, the couple celebrating their 50th wedding anniversary this year.

Besides her husband Mrs. Buse is survived by two daugghters Mrs. Hilda Butt and Mrs. Walter Farquar, two grandchildren, Miss Natalie Butt and Donald Farquar, all of Dubuque; two sisters, Mrs. Fred Dahnke and Mrs Henry Dahnke, both of Hartley, Ia., and one brother, Robert Sass, of Spencer Ia. Mrs. Buse was a member of St Peter's Lutheran church and the Ladies Aid society of that parish.

The body is at the Egelhof Home for Funerals where services will be held Saturday afternoon at 2:30 o'clock. Burial will be made in Linwood.
