Charles Wayne Seastrand, Jr. 57 of Dubuque, Iowa passed away on November 25, 2013 in Dubuque.

Friends may call from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00p.m. Friday November 29th at Leonard Funeral Home & Crematory, 2595 Rockdale Rd where military services will be held at 7 pm by American Legion Post #6. Burial will be Saturday November 30th, in Evergreen Cemetery, Grand Mound, Iowa.

Charles was born on May 30, 1956 in DeWitt, Iowa the son of Charles W. and Beverly Ann (Redmond) Seastrand Sr. He is a US Navy Veteran.

He is survived by his wife Debra, of Hemet, CA, his daughter Jennifer Seastrand, of Washington DC, a step daughter Jessica Young, of Hemet, CA grandchildren; Jacob and Justin. Siblings; Connie (Al) Pline, of Peosta, Cindy (Brian) Strang, of Dubuque, Carla Schumacher, of Dubuque, Carl (Tami) Seastrand, of San Diego, CA, Chris (Pete) Davies, of Sherrill, Iowa, Craig (Cindy) Seastrand, of Fort Dodge, Pat (Jamie) Clancy, of Dubuque, and many nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents, and a brother Chad Seastrand.

In lieu of flowers a memorial fund has been established.
