DEATH OF MRS. M. S. ROBISON
~
Former Resident of Dubuque for Many
Years Died Suddenly of
Heart Failure.
~
From Cleveland Leader – Jan. 13: Mrs. Martin S. Robison died suddenly at the home of her son, Frank DeHass, in Glenville, a suburb of Cleveland, yesterday at daybreak.

On Wednesday Mrs. Robison spent the day shopping, and lunched downtown. Toward the later part of the afternoon she went to the office of her son, in the Cuyahoga Building, and went home with him.

While down town she meet a couple of friends and told them she was in extremely good health. She did not retire until about 11 o'clock.

At daybreak, Mrs. Frank DeHass Robison was awakened by a sound as if someone had fallen. She went to the room of her mother-in-law, and found her lying on the floor in what she supposed as a faint. Mrs. Robison was awakened, and together Mr. and Mrs. Robison tried to raise their mother from the floor. As Mrs. Robison did not regain consciousness, they became alarmed, and Dr. W. T. Miller, the family physician, was hastily summoned. He arrived in a short time and quickly ascertained that Mrs. Robison was dead, probably from heart trouble. She was dead, the doctor believes, at the time of her fall.

Mrs. Robison had a host of friends in Cleveland. She did a great deal of charity work. She was born at Beaver, Pen., sixty-three years ago. Her maiden name was Maria Allison. She married Martin S. Robison, who was then connected with the establishment of B. F. Fannestock, wholesale druggist in Pittsburgh.

Since ten years ago, and up to the death of Mrs. Robison, three years ago, Mr. and Mrs. Robison lived with their son Frank DeHaas Robison, where Mrs. Robison remained until her death.

Mr. M. S. Robison is at Sabine Pass, Tex., on a shooting expedition with Charles Hathaway. He was notified yesterday morning of his wife's death. No arrangement for the funeral will be made until word is received from him.
