DROPPED DEAD
~
Mrs. George Pim, of Dyersville,
Expired Very Suddenly
~
Mrs. George Pim, an aged lady, dropped dead in her home in Dyersville Wednesday afternoon. Anton Haselman, who lives in the same house, heard a noise in Mrs. Pim’s room and upon going in to investigate found the old lady dead.

The deceased was born in Wedmore, Somersetshire, England, in the year 1809, where she grew to womanhood, her maiden name being Elizabeth Redman. In 1851, she immigrated to America and lived in New York State about a year, when she came to Iowa, in May, 1852, where she has since made her home. She was married to George Pim, on Dec. 25, 1852, who preceded her to the grave about nineteen years.

The funeral took place yesterday afternoon and internment was made in the Protestant burial ground in Dyersville.
