Was a Very Successful Teacher
During Her Religious Life

Sister Mary Patricia of the Sisters of the Visitation was called by death at three o’clock Friday afternoon. Her health has been failing for the last several months. Her death was due to a complication of diseases.

The deceased religious was a sister of the late Monsignor Roger Ryan and was a native of Ireland. She came to this country when a young girl and spent many years at the local Academy of the Visitation, where she was a favorite. She taught for the greater portion of her religious life and was very successful.

Sister Patricia is survived by one sister, Sister Mary Rose, of the Visitation Order; four nieces, Sisters M. Mechtilde and M. Teresa of the Visitation Convent, Roseland, Kent, England; Sister M. Raphael of the Little Company of Mary, Chicago; and Mrs. J. Fairbanks of Minneapolis and other friends and relatives in Ireland
Burial will be held Monday morning from the Academy. Internment will be in Mt. Olivet.
