DEATH SUMMONS FOR
MRS. SARAH MUTSCHLER

Mrs. Sarah Mutschler wife of Fred Mutschler, passed away Sunday evening at 10:30 o’clock from the family residence, 447 Windsor Avenue, Mrs. Mutschler had been ailing for the last two years. She was sixty-four years old having been born in Worth, Elias Loraine, Germany, on April 15, 1852, and was a resident of this city for fifty years.

She is survived by her husband and two daughters, Mrs. George Harker and Mrs. Ed. Hormung, and four grandchildren, all of this city.

Mrs. Muetscher was a refined Christian woman, of a cheery nature, held in the highest esteem of her neighbors and friends. She was a member of the Eastern Star, Julien Chapter. She was a woman who’s first interest were always with her family and home and her death means a great loss.

Funeral services will be held Wednesday afternoon at 2:30 o’clock at the family residence. Internment will be made in Linwood Cemetery.

The funeral of Mrs. Fred J. Mutschler was held Wednesday afternoon at the residence, 447 Windsor Avenue, at two-thirty o’clock, Rev. Victor Albert officiating, assisted by Rev S. H. Schwab. Mrs. Homer V. Butt, rendered “Asleep in Jesus” and “Beautiful Isle of Somewhere” during the services.

Members of the Julien chapter, Order of the Eastern Star attended in a body and conducted their ritualistic services at the residence and at the grave. Internment took place at Linwood cemetery.

The pallbearers were W. F. Wodrich, H. F. Trenck, E. S. Hyde, George Wimmer, H. V. Butt, and John McCraney.
The services were largely attended by friends and the floral arrangement were many and beautiful.
