The death of Mr. Nicholas Jungers, of Kings, this country occurred at his home at 5:15 Wednesday evening. Deceased was born in Germany in 1829 and came to this country forty five years ago, coming direct to Dubuque County and residing here since.

He is survived by his wife and nine children. The sons are Peter of Portland, Oregon, John, Nicholas and Mike all of Dubuque, and Frank and Emil of Kings, Iowa. The daughters are Sister Elizabeth of St. Francis Convent, Waukegon, Ill.; Sister Callestine at Hosper, Ia.; Ada and Jane at home.

The funeral will be held from the late residence to St. Catherine’s Church this morning at 9 o’clock.
