Kelli Jo Phillips, 18, of Hills and Dales Child Development Center, formerly of Farley, Iowa, daughter of Daniel and Becky Phillips, of Farley, died at 2:35 p.m. Tuesday, March 2, 1999, at Mercy Health Center St. Joseph's Unit.

Services will be at 10:30 a.m. Friday at St. Joseph's Catholic Church, Farley, with burial in the church cemetery. Friends may call from 2 to 9 p.m. today at Reiff Funeral Home, Farley, where there will be a wake service at 5 p.m.

Kelli Jo was born on Dec. 4, 1980, in Dubuque, daughter of Daniel and Rebecca A. (Lahey) Phillips.

She attended Dubuque Senior High School, where she was on the blue honor roll.

Surviving are her parents; two brothers, Brian and Mark Phillips, both at home; her paternal grandparents, Leonard and Ann Phillips, of Bankston, Iowa; and her maternal grandfather, Marc Lahey, of Epworth, Iowa.

She was preceded in death by her twin sister, Karen Phillips, on Dec. 4, 1980; her maternal grandmother, Theresa Lahey; her paternal grandmother, Frances Phillips; and an uncle, Willis Phillips.
