Henrietta M. Lehman,70, formerly of Worthington, died Thursday, May 15, 1997, in St. Joseph Unit of Mercy Health Center, Dubuque, from a sudden illness. Services: 11 a.m. Monday, St. Joseph's Catholic Church, Farley. Burial: church cemetery. Friends may call from 2 to 9 p.m. Sunday, at Reiff Funeral Home, Farley, where a rosary will be recited at 4 p.m. and a wake service at 8 p.m.

Survivors include her husband, Gilbert; two daughters, Linda Jacobson of Urbana, Ill., and Connie Gabrielson of Dubuque; three sons, Jim of Farley, Ron of Earlville and David of Cedar Rapids; two sisters, Millie Schuman of Anamosa and Darlene Binley of Marceline, Mo.; four brothers, Lilbun Paulsen of Carlisle, Ohio, Keith Paulsen of Stanwood, Gilbert Paulsen of Kimberly, Mo., and Glen Paulsen of Marion.

Also surviving are 17 grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents and two brothers, Forrest and Roland.

A Henrietta Lehman memorial fund has been established.
