Margaret M. Kramer

FARLEY, Iowa -- Services for Margaret M. Kramer, 81, 508 3rd St. NE, Farley, will be at 10:30 am Monday at St. Joseph's Catholic Church, Farley.

Burial will be in St. Joseph's Cemetery, Farley. Friends may call from 11 am to 9 pm Sunday at Reiff Funeral Home, Farley, where there will be a parish rosary at 2 pm and a wake service at 4 pm.

Mrs. Kramer was a cook at St. Joseph's School, Farley.

She was born on March 11, 1912, in Dyersville, daughter of Henry I. and Mary (Stelken) Kramer. She died at 11:30 pm Thursday, Sept. 16, 1993, at Mercy Health Center St. Mary's Unit, Dyersville.

She married Leonard Kramer on Sept. 21, 1938, at St. Francis Xavier Church, Dyersville; he died on March 2, 1957.

She received her education in the Dyersville schools. She was a member of St. Joseph's Altar and Rosary Society.

Surviving are four daughters, Doris M. Pins of Dyersville, Sister Margaret Ann Kramer of Waukon and Ruth A. Dolphin and Marilyn Kluesner, both of Farley; two sons, Lloyd Kramer of Farley and Merlin Kramer of Dubuque; 20 grandchildren and three great-grandchildren; and three brothers, Alphonse "Shorty" Kramer of Dyersville, Lawrence Kramer of Hopkinton and Charles Kramer of Earlville.

She was also preceded in death by a daughter in infancy.

A Margaret M. Kramer Memorial Fund has been established.
