FARLEY Laurabell Kertels,died Sunday evening in Mercy Health Center-St. Joseph's Unit, Dubuque. Services: 10:30 a.m. Wednesday, St. Joseph's Catholic Church. Burial: church cemetery. Visitation: 2 to 9 p.m. today, Reiff's, where a parish rosary begins at 4, Legion Auxiliary service at 7 and Scripture wake service at 7:30 p.m.

Survivors: her husband, Wilfred; two daughters, Grace Bell of Farley and Jeannine Carton of Dubuque; a sister, Rosemary Winship of Winston, Ore.; a nephew, whom they raised, Rick Blanchurd of Dubuque; seven grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by a son, Ronald in 1949.
