FARLEY, Iowa - Hildred P. Kelly, 95, of Sun City, Ariz., formerly of Farley, died Wednesday, April 26, 2006, at Sun Health Hospice, Peoria, Ariz.

Services will be at 10 a.m. Saturday at St. Joseph's Catholic Church, Farley, with the Rev. Andrew Kelly and the Rev. Dennis Cain officiating. Burial will be in St. Joseph's Cemetery, Farley. Friends may call from 7 to 8 p.m. Friday at Reiff Funeral Home, Farley, where there will be a rosary at 7:30 p.m. Friends also may call after 9 a.m. Saturday at the church.

She was born on June 28, 1910, in Farley, daughter of Andrew and Regina (Keffe) Kelly.

She received her education at St. Joseph's Catholic School in Farley. She also attended Clarke College in Dubuque.

She taught in the Farley Public School from 1928 to 1935. She worked in Battle Creek, Mich., for several years before she went to work in Washington, D.C., for the United States War Department during World War II. After the war, Hildred went to work with the Atomic Energy Commission and remained there until her retirement in 1976, when she moved to Sun City.

Surviving are 27 nieces and nephews; 40 great-nieces and nephews; and many great-great-nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her brothers and sisters, James Kelly, Esther Hickman, Emmett Kelly, Blandid (Bonnie) Weld Schuster, Rosemary Clarke and Margaret Ellen Gilloon; and a nephew, John Hickman.
