Alfred J. "Fritz" Sabers,68, died Friday morning, Feb. 24, 1995, in Mercy Health Center-St. Joseph's Unit, Dubuque, after a short illness. Services: 10:30 a.m. Monday, St. Francis Xavier Basilica, Dyersville. Burial: St. Paul Cemetery, Worthington. Friends may call from 2 to 4 p.m. Sunday at Kramer Funeral Home, Dyersville.

Survivors include a brother, Laverne of Earlville; and six sisters, Abbie Krapfl of Delhi, Isabel Rubner and Velma Frericks, both of Dyersville, Melania Krapfl of Cedar Rapids, Alvina Ries of Greeley and Olive White of Delhi.
