Services for Mrs. Nicholas F. (Marie J.) Kramer, 92 of Stonehill Care Center will be at 10:30 a.m. Saturday at Holy Trinity Catholic Church.
Burial will be in Mount Calvary Cemetery. (rest of paragraph omitted)
Mrs. Kramer was past president of the American Council of Catholic Women, American Legion Auxiliary and Second District of the World War I Auxiliary.
She was born April 12, 1896, in Dubuque, daughter of Theodore and Mary (Hueckels) Buschmann. She died at 6:45 a.m. Wednesday, Oct. 26, 1988 at Stonehill.
She was a member of the Holy Trinity Altar and Rosary Society, Third Order of St. Francis and Catholic Daughters of the Americas, Lady of Victory Court 351.
She was preceded in death by her husband May 21, 1977; and a daughter, Rita Mae Osterhoff, Sept 8, 1970.
Surviving are a daughter, Mrs. Robert (Juliana) Didersch of Dubuque; a son, Kenneth of Merced, Calif.; eight grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren; and a sister, Mrs. Peter (Loretta) Thielen of Dubuque.
A Marie Kramer Memorial Fund has been established.
