Rickardsville, IowaServices for John J. "Jack" Wolf, 90, of Rickardsville, will be at 11 a.m. Friday at St. Joseph Catholic Church, Rickardsville.
Burial will be in the church cemetery.

Mr. Wolf farmed in the Rickardsville area until his retirement in 1967.
He was born April 30, 1902, in Bankston, son of Peter and Caroline (Breitbach) Wolf. He died at 12:55 a.m. Wednesday, March 31, 1993 at Manor Care Nursing Center, Dubuque.
He married Clara Wilwert on 1 Oct 1929, in St. Joseph Catholic Church, Rickardsville; she died Feb 8, 1988.
He was a member of St. Josephs Holy Name Society and the Holy Cross and Rickardsville Senior Citizens.
Surviving are two sons, Donald of Balltown, and Leon, of Rickardsville; four daughters Mary Brimeyer of Sherrill, Melita Pfeiler, of Holy Cross, Alice Cook, of Bernard, and Carolyn Pimlott of Cedar Rapids; 39 grandchildren and 33 great grandchildren; and a sister, Lorena Cummer, of Balltown.
He also was preceded in death by two sons, Marvin on Jan 28, 1937 and Francis on Feb. 4, 1944.
A John J. "Jack" Wolf Memorial Fund has been established.
