Mrs. Veronica Regan

Mrs. Veronica Regan, 84, of Stonehill Care Center, formerly of 2116 Broadlawn St. and Rickardsville, Iowa, died at 2:40 p.m. Sunday, Jan. 4, 1987 at Finley Hospital.

Services will be at 10 a.m. Tuesday at St. Anthony's Church, with burial in St. Joseph's Cemetery, Rickardsville. Friends may call from 2 to 9 p.m. Monday at the Ed Siegert-Al Didesch Colonial Funeral Home, 390 N. Grandview Ave., where the rosary will be said at 7 p.m.

Mrs. Regan was born at Rickardsville. She was a member of St. Anthony's Rosary Society.

She was preceded in death by her husband, John, Jan. 26, 1980; and a son, Thomas, June 14, 1968.

Surviving are two sons, John Jr. of Newton, N.J., and James of Route 2, Dubuque; six daughters, Mrs. Carl (Mary) Lange, Mrs. Perly (Kathleen) Reeg, Mrs. LeRoy (Jeanne) Reeg and Mrs. Jack (Alice) Rhomberg, all of Dubuque, Mrs. Ken (Margaret) Kurth of Mendota, Ill., and Mrs. Tom (Irene) Hauber of Richland Center, Wis.; 29 grandchildren and two great-grandchildren; and a sister, Mrs. Raymond (Mary) Bartels of Stonehill in Dubuque.

A Veronica Regan Memorial Fund has been established.
