John L. McCollins, 88, of Sheboygan, Wis., formerly of Dubuque, died Thursday morning, Sept. 18, 2003, at Morningside Health Center, Sheboygan.

Services were held in Sheboygan. Entombment was in Holy Cross Mausoleum, Sheboygan.

The Ramm-Ziegler-Novak-Rettke Funeral Home, Sheboygan, was in charge of arrangements.
